Freight Trains on IR have a Max Speed of 75 KMPH. Though the WAG 7 has a Max speed of 100 KMPH, the speedo of this loco was set to sound the over speed buzzer at 75.

u will find concrete sleepers on concrete bridges only. the normal metal girder bridges used to have wooden sleepers and are slowly being replaced with metals ones
