Sid, the 20680 was being pushed by a WDS-6. All of them belong to VSKP. As per data received in Feb 2006, all Angul WAM-4s have been transferred to VSKP, and henceforth, Angul will home only goods locos like WAG-5s and WAG-7s. WAG-5s are already doing duties, and WAG-7s will be brought in very soon. There are even proposals to bring in some WAG-9 units to serve the iron-ore lines, though it's still in the pipeline.
