I agree with what Sid has said about location of shed name on LDH locos. Besides, our loco database shows that this loco belongs to CNB. And Arzan, Loco in this pic is 27626, not 27624.

Nice photo. Brings back fond memories of my trips on the Steel/Ispat Exp. back in the late 70s. These trains would halt at Jhargram and Ghatsila. The rakes had an elegant blue-yellow-gray livery.

Sid,it is a LDH WAG7. Ranjeet is right. I had taken a photo of an absolutely dirty LDH WAG7# 27624 hauled Container rake at Ulhas bridge. Despite a great angle capture, I did not upload it since the main attraction i.e. the loco did not impress me at all.
