A good capture. Note the WAP-4, WDM-2 and the Hyd MMTS rake positioned as though they are ready for a race in a stadium.

Note the swipe marks of the wiper blades on the glass, way above the driver's field of vision - this further illustrates the bad ergonomics of this loco class.

Why on earth is the loco numbered 00167 ?? According to normal IR practice a '0' prefix to the road number denotes that the loco is demoted to inferior duties, and here we have 2 '0's. Why so??

With the Number swapping by CR, there happens to be lot of link swapping also. It earlier used to be hauled by ET WAM4 regularly.

infact the platform seperates both the main lines..bang in the middle.speeds around 70-75 kmph on the curves.guess no trains on the CR touch 100kmph limit on the straights.. barring the bpl shatabdi
