I certainly dont think the driver will be from Malda! The loco must have gone through atleast 4 crew changes from Malda till Sabramathi. Posted by Rohit Mohan on 2006 Mar 01 12:59:49 +0000 |

The birds are flamingoes. The Great Rann of Kutch is a great place to sight these birds Posted by Abhijit Lokre on 2006 Mar 01 12:19:36 +0000 |

Most probably Ratlam. See http://www.irfca.org/gallery/gsarchive/new_livery_1.jpg.html. 16806 and 16820 from Ratlam too sport jazzy liveries seen at http://www.irfca.org/gallery/Locos/Diesel/100_1576.jpg.html and http://www.irfca.org/gallery/Trips/RTM/16820_BCNA.jpg.html Posted by Abhijit Lokre on 2006 Mar 01 12:12:49 +0000 |

Strange livery. In electrical engineering terms, the broken upper line on the loco mean electric cable is disconnected!!! Which shed is it anyway? Posted by Jimmy Jose on 2006 Mar 01 11:15:29 +0000 |

Beautifull shed logo - A mother bird feeding it's offspring. I have never seen a Gandhidham loco before Posted by Jimmy Jose on 2006 Mar 01 11:13:39 +0000 |
