Sid, those dark spots are the dreaded sensor dust spots. To make them less conspicuous shoot at a wider aperture (f2.8). To get rid of them give it to any competent local service chap who should do a decent job. Alfa in Palika Bazaar will take good care of it.

I can very well understand the excitement of mamu and other members of SC gang because when Aravind informed about 22015's arrival with 6116,both krishna kumar and myself got up 4 in the morning and travel 40 kms to click that loco !!
