Actually no. The track is that way. Its the shunting line, hence the convolutated form.

That is because I have seen similar picture (same water tank, blue locomotive, similar composition) taken by Praveen(?) from Hyderabad and probably he might have talked to SM there.

I spoke to the driver of this TKD loco, enquiring about the ACD fittings. He told me that only some of the TKD locos are getting them but not all because ACD is usless for them. They said that it didnt work according to what they had presumed. The same goes to the Gonda shed too. Some of their locos are also ACD fitted and half of them dont work.
