in rural India, there is a weekly market (called HAAT in some places). this pic reminds of the same with the train as one of the visitors.

It is a diesel hydraulic locomotive with the torque converter just forward of the cab, and with the final drive output flanges between the two fuel tank halves connected to cardan shafts thence to each axle. With axles mechanically coupled on each bogie, this would make it to be of B-BDH notation.

In transit from the builder's plant in Bangalore, awaiting being transferred at Dharmavaram (Anantapur), the division point between the Southern Rly and the South Central Rly, for onwards shipment to the north.
