This was the last loco after which the blood red became regularized which was from 22362, though still 3-4 WAP4s from 22362-99 came with Raj livery.

Note the sign just behind the cabin - "Ghat Section Begins". Brings back fond memories of my trip last year - from Punalur to Tirunelveli. Hope to post videos soon.

ya, it should read Shencottai-Punalur passenger and not Shencottai-Quilon passenger. Sorry about that mix-up...

Also note how both the Malayalam and Hindi spellings read "Tenmala" but the Englsh version reads the Tamil-like pronounciation - "Tenmalai". 'Malai' in tamil or 'Mala' (short 'a' in both) in Malayalam means 'hill'.
