No Harsh , later I saw the WDS-4D waiting at Matunga station ! I think it was going for some Express rake [Maybe Sewagram] whose rake was standing right ahead of the WDS-4D !

This loco probably might be taking a coach from the LTT yard to Byculla or VT yard as there might be a shortage of rolling stock at VT.
