I really fail to understand why we Indians are given a separate treatment in providing world class finished products when our service providers in India can do so??.. Many years back, BHEL Bhopal township park had a toy tain with loco front painted in shape of a caterpillar. This loco has a remarkable ressembalnce to that toy train.
