@ Shatnau: I don't think so. I think this livery for ED (or ERS?) existed before. I have spotted such livered locos with Netravati and Matsyagandha Express some 4-5 years back.

I could have taken the pic from right side. But the problem was I was the only person wandering on the tracks that too at Dadar Station. I walked from Pf-6 towards the loco and Pf-6 is RPF's den. There were not much actions att his point of time and I could have been easily spotted by any RPF vigil on Pf-6 and also at Dadar Terminus. But I literally couldnt resist my temptation for cpaturing this beast!

Sir, the best part is - the beast is proudly standing bang in front of their headquarters! If this loco was photographed from the right side, you could see their flag hoisted atop a building in the background! Thankfully IR keeps no such regional bias!
