This is not the first time we are seeing WAP-7 hauling Dhanbad-Sindri passenger. So, what's the deal? Why does this passenger get WAP-7? Any loco sharing arrangement with some other express?

From this extreme close up, wide angle distortion, horn and the weather vane it appears to be like a mutant snail.
