To the left of the railway lines and to the right of the tower (faitly visible), is 'Duke's Nose' (the faintly visible mountain which looks like a portion has been cut out of it)

A slight correction- The Down line (for climbing UPHILL) is the one on the extreme LEFT.

If I am not mistaken, this train is on the bi-directional Mid Line. The normal Down line (for climbing UPHILL) is the one on the extreme right.
