IRY 20 coaches have been around for more than a decade now, always with the Swarn Shatabdi exp. I have traveled in these coaches during Dec 1998. And later in 2004 also. The toilets of these coaches are after the doors, ie, doors are at the extreme end. The windows are really huge. They used to have velvet upholstery back in 1998, but in 2004 it was plain rexine.

No Vivek, I am asking because WCG2 can't be used anymore for freights on the Mumbai-Pune section, since the Kalyan Goods yard has gone into AC, and CR doesn't allow any sought of freight operations through the passenger platforms at Kalyan. Hence this query.

The fluted steel plates give an effect of bamboos tied together to form a wall. Great capture.
