Yup, Binai is right. However, when the subject is not paralle, you can pan a point object (practically, a small area). In this case my point object which I was attempting to pan was the road number of the loco.

You can achieve a perfect pan-image only when the subject is perfectly parallel to you. In this case, the subject is moving away, and hence a slight blur is unavoidable. However, you can achieve a better image by increasing the foreground.

TN and GT exp Being prestigeous trains have only 2 AC 3 tier coaches though the number of AC Coaches over all is more.
