WDP3a is looking really aggressive. Great capture! It appears that the ballast was recently tamped or some maintenance done. That's way so much dust flying around.

Considering how hot ALCo bodies get, I am sure the design, if you can call it that, will have to be painted on. Pasted vinyl will soon peel away. The adhesive will be destroyed due to heat.
