I am not sure wether the steam engines are being stopped. It looks like they might. Reading an article by Monisha in jetwings, perhaps they would.
But there seem to be some effort to make it a world herritage transport like Darjeeling train. Hope they would suceed.

Its not a MG steam loco but a CR NG(2 1/2') steam loco.

Why I captioned this foto as Old meets new is because the baby steam X-class loco, which is older than most of us meets a newer YDM 4 loco. Infact, there was a whistle blowing competion going on. When the X-class blew the whistle, YDM also blew the horn, almost simultaneously!!

This coach has 48 seats, with six cabin having eight seats each. Each cabin has a door on either side. So, no aisles and passages. No toilets too. The train stop at intermediate stations for passengers to use the toilets at the station

I see the left windows & the right windows. Then where is the aisle or passage ? In short how many seats in a row ?
