This seems to be a Break-down train rather than a works train.The yellow machine behind the engine is a heavy lift crane rather than a track machine and look at the spare sleepers and equipments behind.The coaches behind are probably a tool van and a crew rest van.Probably proceeding back after attending to a minor derailment somewhere.

Wow for a moment this place didn't look like India at all. Everything is so clean including the ballast and the backdrop of the mountain with the short valley!! BTW is this a single line electric section?
