These are definitely BNDM deemers, and my heart cries at such a sight. I was recently witness to the carcasses of my dearest BNDM WDS-5 locos (that's a trip report coming up shortly), and now, this funeral of WDMs.

These are Bondamunda (BNDM) locos. This is a typical BNDM livery.
