This type of curved flat car / Wagon is basically used to transport Army tanks form Chennai or Khadkai to the North. In the Konkan Rail in the Ro Ro syatem the flat wagon holding Trucks is totally flat. Sunny.

Nasirabad seems to be a water filling point for these tankers. Is there a river or a tank nearby?
