They appear to be modified Refrigerated Vans,probably earmarked for hauling perishables/Cold-Chain items attached to high speed trains.
Note the box beside the coupler which appears to be a Power Intake junction box which is also found on Rajdhani...

Note the box beside the coupler which appears to be a Power Intake junction box which is also found on Rajdhani type trains having EOG/HOG format.
The pipes protruding above the black box may be diesel engine/generator exhaust which is probably situated inside the smaller part of the coach.
