I head behind the peak to see this breathtaking vista that glued me to this spot for a long time. Train or no train. The grand vista of Konkan Railway fills the heart with awe. A tributary of the Savitri river flows quielty along the line. Seen here is the Madgaon bound Mandovi Express led by namma KJM WDP-4 in Long hood approaching the first tunnel of the Konkan Railway at Dasgaon near Veer. (Syed Zohaibullah)
