For most of us, the train journey began at Mangaon that lies due west of Pune. This makes this the most efficient, though not the most convenient connection to Konkan Railway. We arrive early to Mangaon after a 3 hour bus ride from Pune, to spot this southbound RoRo speeding through the station.
