A view further away looks at the area seen in this picture as the yard beyond the catch siding. The area used to end near the water tank in old picture, there were a few huts for the crew and a turntable also. Today, the hill has been drastically cut to make way for the roads. In today’s picture, one can see the corner of the expressway below the NH 4 flyover, one can also see the black stone arches of the reversing station behind the NH4 flyover. The path on the right of the NH4 is the permanent way on top of the reversing station – this can be seen in this picture clearly.
