Tezpur Town station has got to have the most idyllic setting in India with the Brahmaputra just in front and this boulder strewn hill overlooking it. The road bridge in the background is just over 3 km long. The last hill towards the left of the picture is on the opposite (south) bank and marks the location of Silghat Town, recently reopened for BG trains.
