Bhubandanga, a place whose landscape is replete with red soil, lush green paddy fields, rows of palm grove, chhatim trees and swirling rivers was rechristened Shantiniketan for the serenity it brought to Debendranath Tagore's soul. 150 years after this incident, Chirag Ganguly,the host, along with Anindya Roy, Avishek Basu, Pramit Mitra and Abhijnan Ray decided to visit this very place in the pursuit of railways, the serenity of their souls.
