MGS WAG-7 #27034 is pushing the wagons from an incline. From here they are parted and slide to adequate lines. All this is operated from humping cabin. Here are some steps demonstrated in form of videos, A B C (Raj Bhavsar)

Thanks a lot for sharing something different. Reminded me of similar operations at Itarsi's goods yard in 70s, with WGs doing the pushing, and WDM2s leading the freight trains. The yard is now a pale shadow of what is was then!

Yes Sandeep, it is a collective effort of all staff coordinating with WTs. The staff at hump yard in turn will operate the panels for setting points and using the retarder at appropriate time.
