BSL WAM 4 and WAP 4 links keeps on fluctuating on trains like Kushinagar express and Gondwana express,on an average Kushinagar and Gondwana gets a WAP 4 four times and a WAM 4 three times in a week but the performance of BSL WAM-4's with these 22-24...
