MLR 738 Matheran

The hill station of Matheran, is connected to the Bombay - Pune mainline at Neral Jn. via a 21 Km long 2'0" gauge railway with grades as steep as 1 in 20. MLR 738 built by Orenstein & Koppel in 1905 was still in use on 1978.12.13
