YL 5001 Lucknow Junction
264 of the YL class 2-6-2s were built between 1952 and 1956 for use on the more lightly constructed metre gauge lines in India - the first ten, including YL 5001, were built in the UK by Robert Stephenson & Hawthorns, but the remainder were built by Hitachi, Henschel and Mavag.
