yep mate, the meter gauge electrification comment is absolutely right!!!coz electrification on metetr gauge is only left in tamilnadu now.....i think.

Fantastic series of SR MG steam. I remember the Sengottai passenger from '87 was steam driven - it took the "main line". (These pics are definitely SR - look at the catenary)
