A YG 2-8-2 works # 1072 -Mysore Pass across the Cauvery River at Shrirangapattana. 1984-01-
YP 2646 departs Mysore southbound for Nanjangud Town. The grade here was 1 in 85 and the dome visible above the rear of the train belonged to the Metropole Hotel, built as a guest house for visitors to the princely state.
