WP class No. 7278, a Baldwin product of 1949 is plinthed inside the Charbagh Works at Lucknow. This is an ex. East Indian Railway locomotive that was plinthed on Feb. 10, 1993. I was given a tour of the shop but not allowed to take pictures. Here is one anyway!
