Remodelled WAG7 # 27455 inside the TKD (Tuglakabad) shed in Delhi circa Nov. 2003. The engine has been dressed up for a beauty contest. Mercifully, the modifications are purely functional, with no unnecessary add ons and unnecessary addition of features.
