Here is my question to all of you, since the rails were moving with wheel-contact surface facing upwards, how are they coming out flipped? (Samar)

Is the guide in the hopper flipped.
If these are pre welded rails 4-5 wagons long they may be twisting and flipping over after being pushed out at the dispensing roaler, the head will be heavier than the flange.
