April Fool's Joke: SWR seems have to transferred some WDP4 units to SCR's Guntakal shed. Here is one unit (#20021) pulling into Bangalore City with the Hampi Express. Note the modified windshiled and the new livery matching the shed's standard colors. Pic by Ratnakar Rao. 31/3/2006

IR is nowadays developing a livery choosing software which determines it's effect on the drivers. Dreary liveries are known to induce boredom and drowsiness in the drivers and hence these cheerful colored liveries, selected after scientific psychological tests on the drivers, will be seen more frequently.

I agree with Gautam - this livery s*cks! If at all the guys a t GTL wanted a new livery, they could tried the baaz livery or the WDG-4 (White/Yellow) colours.
