This is the cash safe that travels between Pune and Lonavala. The cash collected at each station is sealed in the leather pouches seen on top of the safe. The station master and the guard (in whose cubicle the safe is carried) tally the accounts. Then the pouch is dropped into the safe which is sealed with red lac melted with a candle flame.
