First Day Cover commemorating Ruby Jubilee Celebrations of South Central Railway. A beautiful FDC with Rail Nilayam highlighted in the circular track and a cancellation with a steam loco and a SCR logo. Only 500 covers were issued for this occasion. The occasion was marked by a Heritage steam run from Secunderabad to Falaknuma flagged of by the Railway minister Mr.Lallu Prasad Yadav. This run was covered by the Secunderabad based IRFCans. - M.
