Sleepers from Bygone era at Maula Ali. Notice "GIPR 100 LBS L/R" embossed on them. For what kind of rails were they meant for? Bull-headed? What could be difference in "L"/"R"?

A close up of the "Firex" written on the sides of the loco? Is this the name of the loco? Or does it refer to some fire fighting equipment on board?
