This is not a Diesel Engine.This is Heavy Duty Gensets, manufactured at DLW for high end customers like BHEL,BARC.
WDG3 Fuel Injectors.
This is DLW Shunters as reported. Please note it has both BG and MG Couplers.
DLW now produces only 3 type of Locos regularly. WDG3,WDM3D,WDG4. Surprisingly I did not find any WDP4 in production line.
Workhorses are getting ready.
Revisit to birthplace.ED 11178 at DLW for an emergency repair.

Probably this is how future WDM3D will look.Its due to modified/new turbocharger.All new WDM3D , in production line are like this only.
Loco Nos 12134 getting ready.
Perhaps DLW made a change in the usual livery.This is loco nos 12137 over a dummy bogie.
Next to 12137 , its sister WDG4 12136

Thanks for the pics. Can we please have more of them focused on the engines, the alternators, the traction motors and the bogies ?
