Kunal, LV mark is not required for the banker on duty to any rake. The photo which you are refereeing to is of the bankers running light from LNL to KJT. Above photo is of the bankers pushing the rake from KJT to LNL. Harish Kulkarni.

I havent seen LV marking in any bankers till now(so it may not be compulsory), Infact I'm surprised to see in the pic. Thanks for the link.

I don't think LV board is required in case of bankers.
