WCAG1 #21970 from Kalyan crawls into Panvel. The loco was hauling a long rake of "Flat cars". Each wagon had 7 Tractors loaded on to them. Each wagon also had 1-2 men sitting on those tractors. I had seen the very same loco yesterday at Panvel.
