There are fixed schedules for these overhauls and they are always followed.

A majority (if not all) the WCAM1/2/2P's on the WR, badly need an overhaul. I wonder why the WR doesn't regularly overhaul these engines, unlike the CR, which regularly overhauls the WCAM3, WCAG1 and even the WCG2.
