Valsad shed had fitted this WCAM-1 with a temperature monitoring system for the Traction Motor Suspension Bearings.The yellow buttons are used to select the feed from the thermal sensor fitted on the bearing.Pressing it gives an indication on the readout.
This system is now defunct due to lack of maintenance/interest. (Khalid Kagzi)
