There are parts of picture which are out of focus. The front of the loco and the part of foreground are in focus but the rest got a bit blurred. This could be a case of aperture size being larger than usual which causes the subject, in this case the...

Yeah a nice picture though not very nice. I am just looking at the "subject" aspect, for me which is the WAP4.

I can see no problem in the picture. It depicts a typical railway atmosphere of India. Even if there are some problems with the photo, the comments should be in feedback form and not criticism as it would encourage the photographer to improve his photos...
