Another LDH WAP 4! This time its 22691. Many of the GZB P4's have been transferred to LDH which include 22691, 22700, 22706, 22707! I'll try to find out more!

Dum (Hindi for SC) is what the buffer beam says. And mean looking LGD WAP4 22312 amply lives up to that claim. It is in charge of the Dakshin Express to Nizamuddin and is heading out of Habibganj Station in Bhopal.
