Not clear what you mean by the question Appu, but visually this pantograph is webbed unlike the "low-speed" one. I would actually say that for high-speeds this is a bad design as it would increase the drag. The high speed trains have a single arm...

I would actually say that for high-speeds this is a bad design as it would increase the drag. The high speed trains have a single arm pantograph made using a tough material and is oval-shaped to make it aerodynamic.
