PVS, that was not a signal but just a red cloth. No idea what it was doing over there. I also noticed that some of these wagon's were 'injured' and those which were, had not been filled up with the coal!

Thats a nice shot Sid!. Look at that tiny spec of a danger signal near the coal heap in one of the wagons.
