Tughlakabad's decked up WDP3A #15530 Pushpak starts from New Delhi with the Shalimar Express to Jammu. It was the first commercial run for this loco after its repaint. Thanks to JD and SS for the tip off.

The logo in between the windscreens more or less looks like that of GOC's! Can anyone clarify?
